Sermorelin
Sermorelin
What is it? Sermorelin is a synthetic peptide that mimics growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH), stimulating the pituitary gland to release the body's own growth hormone. It has been used clinically in specific settings, but many uses promoted for performance, recovery, or anti-aging are not approved by Health Canada or the FDA.
Potential Benefits (Studied or Reported)
May support the body's natural growth hormone production
May promote lean muscle development when combined with resistance training
May support recovery from exercise
May improve sleep quality in some individuals
May support fat metabolism
May contribute to healthy skin and connective tissue through increased growth hormone activity
May support overall recovery and physical performance
Typical Cycle
Cycle Length: 3–6 months (longer courses are common because effects develop gradually)
Common Clinical/Research Dose: 200–300 mcg daily
Often administered once daily in the evening or before bedtime to align with the body's natural growth hormone release.
Storage
Refrigerate after reconstitution (2–8°C)
Protect from light
Use within approximately 28 days after mixing (following sterile handling practices)
